Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of certain products sold, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
